A lawyer by training, Mr. BURASANZWE Oswald is a Commissioner in the National Electoral Commission of Rwanda since 2001. In the college of Commissioners of the National Electoral Commission, he is responsible for legal affairs. In the field, he supervises electoral operations in the Western Province, mainly in Rusizi, Nyamasheke, Rutsiro and Karongi Districts.
