A lawyer by training, Ms. DUSABE Goretti is a Commissioner in the National Electoral Commission of Rwanda since 2006. In the college of Commissioners of the National Electoral Commission, she is responsible for legal affairs. In the field, she supervises electoral operations in the Western Province, mainly in Rubavu, Nyabihu and Ngororero Districts.
