A historian by training, Ms. NYIRACUMI Anne Marie is a Commissioner in the National Electoral Commission of Rwanda since 2006. In the college of Commissioners of the National Electoral Commission, she is responsible for Civic Education. On field, she supervises electoral operations in the Northern Province, mainly in Musanze, Burera and Gakenke Districts.
